The Rose Estate - New Warehouse Availability

Three detached warehouse/industrial units on the popular Rose Estate (Osborn Way) Hook will be available to lease following a planned refurbishment which will be carried out over the course of the next few weeks.

The units extend to 9,893 sq ft, 10, 780 sq ft and 10,803 sq ft respectively. Units 2 and 6 enjoy self contained yard areas. Junction 5 of the M3 is well within a mile of the estate.

  1. Good for Rose Estate then! The availability of a warehouse generates job opportunities in a particular place. And luckily, there were 3 in Rose Estate. They just have to refurbish the units quickly but immaculately to secure upcoming investments. I suggest they use energy-efficient lightning. Warehouse lightings are used longer than residential ones. If they include this update, they would increase the possibility of getting a leaseholder.
