Came & Company Insurance Brokers have taken a new 5 year lease of the 1st floor offices extending to 2,089 sq ft at a headline rent of approximately £26,000 per annum. As part of the transaction, Came & Company inherited the previous occupiers fit out.
The ground floor space at the building comprising 2,000 sq ft and the ground floor of Unit 5 (2,890 sq ft) within the office park is available - the latter has been comprehensively refurbished to include new air conditioning.
