Apollo Motor Group has completed the acquisition of a 10 year lease on the former Frazer/Jewson Depot in Stroudley Road, Basingstoke at a headline rent of £78,000 per annum exclusive.


Apollo secured a change of use to accommodate their requirement for a future body workshop.  Hollis Hockley advised Saint-Gobain Building Distribution, Frazer/Jewson's parent company.
